Making a Booking with PriceBreaker
When you book with us, you can pick up your vouchers and ticket at any outlets at your convenience. We offer e-tickets on many carriers. This offers greater convenience as e-tickets can be emailed to your home or office. In a bid to reduce cost, please bear in mind many airlines now charge travelers for the issuance of a paper ticket.
To save cost, be sure about your plans before you book. Changes can be costly as there could be additional service fess and also many airlines and travel providers charge a penalty to cover the administrative cost of making changes. When making bookings we do require our customers to pay a deposit as prepayments are generally required by most suppliers.
Deposit
Air ticket
A minimum deposit of S$38 per person (deposit may vary depending on the full value of the air ticket). We offer all our customers a full refund, if any bookings made cannot be confirmed. Any deposit paid shall be forfeited if we had fulfilled your booking order.

Full refund if reservations cannot be confirmed, otherwise deposit is strictly non-refundable.
Amendment Charges
Any amendment made to a flight/hotel reservation or tour package is subject to a minimum handling fee of S$50 per change. This fee is in addition to any amendment fees imposed by the airline or hotel. Please note that most promotional fares have restricted use and do not allow for amendments or changes to travel date, itinerary, or flight once a ticket has been issued. In some cases, there is no refund if a booking is cancelled or if the ticket is not used partially or in full.
Cancellation and Refund Policy
Air ticket
A refund processing fee of S$50 per person applies. This fee is in addition to the airlines’ cancellation charges. Airlines cancellation fee varies from carrier to carrier and normally ranges from S$75 to S$150. All promotional tickets have no refund value.

As a retailer, many of tours sold by us are operated independently by an overseas tour operator. The applicable terms and conditions in these instances may differ from the terms stated above.
Processing Refunds
We will submit your documents for refund in the event of a cancellation or when travel is not fully utilized within three working days. Depending on the airline or travel supplier, it may take between 3-6 months before a refund will be made as time is needed to verify your purchase and the number of refund cases can be high.
Others
Redemption of Travel Voucher
Travel vouchers are sold in our stores and make ideal gifts. Any voucher purchased from our store carries the following terms:

Pricing Policy
Airfares and holiday deals are clearly indicated in all our flyers. Prices quoted are on a “per person” basis, and are quoted in Singapore Dollar. All prices shown exclude service fee, airport taxes, airlines security and fuel surcharge.
To ensure that all services and products sold are charged correctly, it is our policy to list clearly all package price including total amount payable and also give a detailed breakdown of all items bought. Goods and Services Tax (GST) is not applicable on all overseas holiday packages.
Payment Policy
All transactions are in Singapore Dollars. We accept cash, nets, cheque, and most major credit cards. An additional 3% will be charged for credit card payment. This is necessary as our service fee is low and we are acting as intermediaries in most travel transactions rather than as a merchant to the buyer.
All cheque payments must be received one week before ticketing deadline or date of departure.
Visa Application
All passengers shall be responsible for obtaining the appropriate visa, vaccinations and health certificates and carry a passport with a minimum validity of 6 months.
If a visa is required, we can assist you to submit an application. We charge a non-refundable service fee for visa submission. We are unable to guarantee the approval of any visa as the decision to grant a visa lies solely with the authorities. Our visa application fee is as follows:

While we can advise you on visa requirement, our advice may not be definitive as there may be recent changes to the requirement that we are unaware of. In any event it is the sole responsibility of each traveler to ensure that he or she has a relevant visa and we cannot be held liable for any advice given in the course of a visa submission.
Delivery Charges
We can deliver tickets and vouchers to your home or office provided a reasonable notice period is given to us. Our charge for delivery is S$28 per trip.
Complaint
On the rare occasion that you find our services unsatisfactory, please write to us with your name and contact number and also the details of the matter. Our Customer Service Manager will respond to you within three working days upon receipt of your complaint.
If your complaint has not been satisfactorily handled, you may to approach CASE or the Small Claims Tribunal for assistance.
