A deposit of 50% is required for non-flight booking. The deposit is strictly non-refundable, unless the reservation cannot be confirmed. Our consultant will contact you by email/phone within 1-2 business days to re-confirm your booking. The balance payment will be made via a secured payment link sent to you at the final stage of the booking process.
PriceBreaker will be the first point of contact if there is a need to amend your travel plan. Any amendment made to a flight/hotel reservation or tour package is subject to a minimum handling fee of S$60 per change (for non-flight) and S$75 per ticket (for flight). This fee is in addition to any amendment fees imposed by the airline, hotel or overseas tour operator.
Airlines reserve the right to cancel, re-route or alter flight schedules even after tickets have been issued. In such events, the airline will provide alternative flight plans for your consideration. If you do not wish to accept the airline’s alternative, fare cancellation and amendment fees still apply.
Please note that there will be an administrative fee of S$75 per ticket imposed, on top of existing airline cancellation and amendment fees.
Processing refund: PriceBreaker will submit your documents for refund in the event of a cancellation or when travel is not fully utilised within 3 working days. Depending on the airline or travel supplier, it may take between 3 to 6 months to process a refund.
BOOKING CONDITIONS AND DISCLAIMERS
PriceBreaker reserves the right to refuse any bookings if the fares/prices provided are found to be in error or have been withdrawn by the airline/hotel/tour operator or the promotional ticket stocks are not available.
PriceBreaker shall not be held liable for any consequential damages, any direct or indirect losses, or additional out of pocket costs or expenses arising out of any aborted trips or changes in trip arrangements due to any errors or omissions in the bookings.
VERIFICATION OF PASSENGER DETAILS, PASSPORT VALIDITY, ENTRY & TRANSIT VISAS AND TRAVEL ADVISORIES
It is the passenger’s sole responsibility to ensure that passenger name(s) provided to PriceBreaker are exactly as it would appear in the passenger’s passport i.e. correct spelling and order of name. Airlines reserve the right to charge penalties or invalidate the booking and e-tickets issued should there be any discrepancies.
It is the passenger’s responsibility to carefully check for any errors or omissions in the flight itinerary and e-tickets IMMEDIATELY upon receiving them.
Please note that passengers may be denied flight boarding if errors are discovered only upon check-in at the airport. PriceBreaker will not be held responsible if passengers are denied boarding due to these errors.
Passengers must ensure that their international passport has at least 6 months validity from date of return and has sufficient pages for immigration stamping and/or visa application purposes.
It is the passenger’s responsibility to ensure that he/she has all the valid travel documents such as visa, vaccinations, health certificates and all necessary travel documents as required by the various government authorities of the country/countries to be visited.
Passengers are advised to check the Ministry of Foreign Affairs Singapore website relating to the countries they are travelling to for any applicable travel advisories relevant to those countries.
Important: Some countries require Local Passenger Departure Tax to be paid in their local currency at the airport upon your departure.
