On arrival, pick up your car and drive towards Hunter Valley - one of the finest wine counties in Australia. Along the way, stop at the beautiful Central Coast or try horse riding at Glenworth Valley. For an adrenaline packed afternoon, visit TreeTop Adventure Park and take the Zipcoaster.

At the crack of dawn, take a hot air balloon ride. Learn about the harvesting and bottling of wine at The Hunter Wine Theatre. Alternatively, sign up for a wine tasting session or enjoy a fine dining experience at San Martino. Proceed to Port Stephens. There, the more adventurous may experience the sunset on a quad bike* or 4-wheel drive at Stockton beach, where Australia’s largest coastal moving sand dunes are located.

In the morning, go on a dolphin watching cruise for a chance to spot playful dolphins. Then have a go at para-sailing or camel riding. Continue your drive to Port Macquarie, stopping at Australia’s third oldest lighthouse at Taking Point. Follow the Pacific Drive to the Koala Hospital - the only wildlife hospital solely dedicated to the care and conservation of wild Koalas. Join the afternoon Walk and Talk tour. End your day on a sweet note, picking strawberries or tomatoes at Ricardoes (a sustainable farm).

Start the day on the back of a camel as you ride along the beach at Port Macquarie. Then head to the beachside city of Coffs Harbour to explore Coffs Coast’s selection of sightseeing opportunities and activities. Try scuba diving, sky diving, or surf rafting. For those looking for a quiet getaway, take the short drive up to Sealy Lookout in Bruxner Park and enjoy superb views of the city and beaches below from Forest Sky Pier.

Drive to Dolphin Marine Conservation Park – a rescue and rehabilitation centre for native marine animals. After, travel to the coastal town of Yamba for lunch which are famous for seafood and prawns . Then continue to the Summerland House Farm where you can find local produce like macadamia and avocado. Crystal Castle is up next. Explore the magical gardens of mystic statues, tour the ancient labyrinth and marvel at exquisite jewellery and crystals. From Crystal Castle, drive to the village of The Channon which holds one of the region’s best markets every second Sunday of the month. Finally, end the day at Byron Bay.

Spend the day exploring the many sights that the Tweed region has to offer, from the World Heritage rainforests to stunning art galleries. At Tweed Heads explore volcanic caves, rainforest waterfalls, historic cemeteries, and tranquil creeks, a spot ideal for kayaking and outdoor activities. In the afternoon, consider hopping onboard a cruise to go crab fishing, or visit Tropical Fruit World, a working fruit farm focused on sustainable horticulture. In the evening, join Glow Worm Tour on a 4-wheel drive at Springbrook National Park. Supper is available after should you wish to indulge in homemade pastries and warm beverages.

Spend the day having fun at the various theme parks. Take the highest inversion ride in the Southern Hemisphere at Dreamworld, swim with dolphins at Sea World, cool down in the giant wave pool at Wet‘n’Wild, or hang out with your favourite characters at Warner Bros. Movie World. Alternatively, relax by Surfers Paradise Beach and take in the city skyline.
